Overview Sandstone Landscape is looking for an Account Manager to oversee the landscape maintenance, irrigation, and construction on commercial properties. Work year round with guaranteed salary. Based out of Layton, servicing Davis County and assisting in the Salt Lake area. Responsibilities * Manage landscaping crews (bi-lingual with Spanish preferred) * Set schedules and coordinate routes for crews to efficiently get to the job sites * Ensure the jobs get done each day with attention to detail * Identify and problem solve issues * Report to the office with details, photos, issues, and new add-on projects * Client customer service to Property Managers and property owners * Service existing clients and explore upselling opportunities. * Provide leadership and mentorship to crew members Skills * Landscape maintenance experience * Snow plow experience * Clean driving record * Construction background preferred * Sales and negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively * Problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. The ideal candidate would have a construction background and the ability to coordinate and communicate with Spanish speaking crews. We need someone who can get the job done, and also do the customer service part of the job with the clients. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday Experience: * Construction or Landscape maintenance: 1 year (Preferred) Language: * Spanish (Preferred) Work Location: In person
