Outside Sales Associate / Representative - Retail & B2B Product Sales (On-Site | Multi-State Travel) Company Overview: We pride ourselves on strong customer relationships, high product standards, and a commitment to excellent service. We're expanding our outside sales team to strengthen our presence across Kentucky, Tennessee, and Mississippi, and we're looking for a driven, energetic, and personable Outside Sales Representative to help us reach the next level. About the Position: As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our product line to retail stores, independent businesses, and other establishments. This is a face-to-face, field-based role that requires regular travel throughout the assigned territory. You'll be on the ground building relationships, managing accounts, introducing new products, and ultimately driving growth in your region. Key Responsibilities: * Travel throughout Kentucky, Tennessee, and Mississippi to visit retail stores, distributors, and other potential clients. Present, promote, and sell products to existing and prospective customers during on-site visits. Identify new sales opportunities and expand product placement within assigned territory. Conduct product demonstrations and provide in-store support to help increase sell-through. Maintain detailed knowledge of products and promotions to effectively communicate value to clients. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular follow-up and support. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to recommend improvements. Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Qualifications: * 2+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in retail, consumer goods, or B2B environments. Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Comfortable with extensive travel (75%+) across Kentucky, Tennessee, and Mississippi. Proven ability to work independently, manage a route, and stay organized while on the road. Basic proficiency with CRM tools, reporting systems, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.). Must possess a valid driver 's license, clean driving record, and reliable vehicle. Experience selling to retail chains, independent stores, or regional buyers. Familiarity with merchandising and planogram compliance. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required.
