Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic person to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in attracting business for our organization, particularly within the automotive industry. We are looking for a coachable individual who is confident on the phone and ready to learn. In this role you will work directly with various service departments to identify opportunities within the orginization. Automotive experience a plus, but not required. Responsibilities * Engage with customers in various service departments to identify vehicle upgrade opportunities. * Make outbound calls and follow ups to set appointments for sales team. * Maintain strong, friendly phone presence and represent brand professionally. * Track and update customers interactions in our database. * Collaborate with the sales and service teams for smooth handoffs. Skills * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with customers. * Bi-lingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers. * Familiarity with sales principles as they relate to automotive industry Schedule * Full-time hours, including some Saturdays Join us as we build a talented team that drives success within our organization!
