RESPONSIBILITIES: * Inbound/Outbound sales opportunities handling. * CRM follow up through outbound calls, email, and text for in-market shoppers, repeat buyers, un-sold customers. * Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses. * Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospects. * Submitting customer credit applications, and following compliance guidelines. * Providing lease, finance, and lease buy out information to customers. * Describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase. * Over the phone, and in-person price negotiations. * Build strong rapport with customers. * Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles. * Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards. * Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses. REQUIREMENTS: * Automotive Sales Experience Required * Minimum Age 21 * Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday * Previous customer service or sales experience * Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections * Have quality customer service skills * Possess strong communication skills * High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred.) * Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record * Must be willing to submit to a background check & drug screen BENEFITS: * Major Medical, Dental, Vision * 401K * Vacation pay * Excellent culture * Team atmosphere * Opportunity for growth - we promote from within * Great training program * Friendly work environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: $35,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Supplemental Pay: * Bonus opportunities * Commission pay Work Location: In person
