Sales Support Administrator We are looking for a fast paced, energetic, positive-minded, enthusiastic, individual who works well in a sales team environment and can easily shift focus from one project to the next in a smooth and timely fashion. This go-getter, will be able to wear different hats and execute different tasks at any given time. Great at multi-tasking. NOT AFRAID to pickup the phone and make cold calls as well or post on social media and Go Live to bring in leads for the sales team. * HEAVY ON SALES DATA ENTRY attention to details is very important * Answer phones and respond to potential clients on social media * Collect balances due and send out reminders to Sales Leader and Team * Assist with claims and customer service issues * Organizing and Filing away signed paperwork organization skills very important * Assisting sales representatives with their clients on busy days * Posting ads on slow days and Going LIVE on the company social media * Cleaning the storefront (basic trash pickup) * Cleaning the showrooms & conference room (wipe down furniture, vacuum rugs, sweep floors, organize displays * Assist Sales Leader and Operations Manager in other duties when necessary * Call clients for reminders and gratitude * Contact potential clients for new business opportunities bonus paid for closed sales * Stocking mini beverage fridges and serving clients with beverage * Stocking admin materials and organizing storage closets * Run business errands - going to the store to pick up supplies, food, and more * Fund Finances * Check Paperwork (Invoices) * Add clients to CRM from Daily Invoices * Balance Reports * Past Due Pickups Spanish is required. Most of our clients speak the Spanish language; therefore it will be easy and more efficient to communicate if you are fluent. Also, being able to lift boxes, and move furniture is important as well. You will be moving small to medium boxes, organizing boxes, moving furniture from time to time with assistance. This position is not for the lazy.
