Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager to join our high growth company. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent negotiation skills and a strong understanding of customer relationship management. Duties * Identify and pursue new business opportunities in alignment with company goals. * Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. * Conduct market research to identify customer needs and how they can be addressed. * Utilize software tools to track sales activities and managing customer relationships. * Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing our services and solutions. * Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while meeting client needs. Qualifications * Proven experience in business development or sales. * Strong understanding of customer relationship management principles. * Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. * Demonstrated ability to develop strategic plans that drive business growth. * Exceptional negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with diverse stakeholders.
