No sales experience necessary, just a great personality and work ethic! Training is paid. Commissions range between $500 and $1000 per every appointment sold. No commission cap. We are specifically seeking highly motivated individuals who are interested in creating their own financial future. Requirements: must be a positive self starter, great communicator, trainable, have a great work ethic and be driven for personal and financial growth. Successful lead generators will have the opportunity to cross train for the in-home sales consultant position. Job Responsibilities : Canvas pre-selected and pre-qualified areas in order to generate sales leads. Identify needs and explain in detail how Energy One products will help solve customers issues and help improve customers lives. Schedule appointments with qualified homeowners for sales consultations and marketing presentations. Gather pertinent information from customers in order to help maximize sales conversions. We offer : Competitive compensation including uncapped commissions and bonuses. * $20.00 per hour * Commissions are determined based on the number of windows units sold * After training commissions range from $500-$1,000 per sale No Limit!
