Full description of the position

Job Summary AGC Signs is growing, and we're looking for a proactive, strategic, and hands- on Sales Manager to take the lead in shaping and scaling our sales department. As we expand, we need a strong leader to help establish and refine our sales process, build client relationships, and drive revenue. This role offers a unique opportunity to step into a leadership position with significant impact -- you'll work closely with ownership and initially manage a small team (currently one other salesperson or solo), with the opportunity to grow your team and responsibilities as we scale. This is a base pay + commission + performance incentives role, offering excellent earning potential for a driven individual. Duties * Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet company revenue goals and support future growth. * Take ownership of the sales process -- from lead generation to closing and project handoff. * Mentor and lead a small team, with the expectation to expand the department as sales volume increases. * Analyze market trends and customer needs to uncover and pursue new business opportunities. * Oversee account management and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. * Collaborate with internal teams to align sales with production, design, and marketing efforts. * Maintain CRM records and generate regular performance reports. * Conduct field visits, attend client meetings, and lead site surveys as needed. * Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering tailored signage solutions that deliver results. Qualifications * 3+ years of experience in sales, with at least some exposure to team leadership or management. * Industry experience in signage, printing, or related fields preferred. * Self-motivated, organized, and capable of driving initiatives with minimal oversight. * Strong relationship-building and communication skills. * Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar), email, and digital productivity platforms. * A strategic mindset with the ability to execute tactically. * Willingness to be in the field when needed (valid driver's license and reliable transportation required).
