Duties * Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. * Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits. * Utilize retail math to manage stock levels effectively and ensure optimal inventory availability. * Supervise sales floor operations, ensuring a clean and organized environment. * Upsell products by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable options. * Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining cash handling protocols. * Maintain knowledge of current promotions and sales strategies to enhance customer engagement. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall store performance. Skills * Proven experience in retail sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with customers. * Ability to conduct product demos that captivate customer interest and drive sales. * Proficiency in retail math for effective stock management and inventory control. * Strong organizational skills to maintain an orderly sales environment. * Experience in supervising team members is a plus, fostering a collaborative work atmosphere. * Upselling techniques that enhance customer satisfaction while increasing sales volume. * Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
