Sales/Estimator Skills: * Generate and capture sales leads * Order and process parts per the repair guidelines * Review repair orders with technicians as necessary * Analyze collision and/or paint damaged vehicles to create a repair plan and cost * Assist the GM in overseeing the day to day operations of the front office and the shop * Update customers on the repair status of their vehicle with frequent and accurate information * Customer service focused * Outstanding communication skills * Self-driven with a desire to earn money based on performance * Experience with CCC1 and like estimating programs preferable * Establishes and maintains good working relationships with customers * Ability to autonomously multitask, prioritize and complete duties in a timely manner This position is hourly or Salary (includes bonus commission based on sales) If you are a results-oriented individual with a passion for sales, we want to hear from you.
