The ideal candidate will provide exceptional support to our sales staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and delivering outstanding customer service. *Responsibilities: - Greet visitors, manage office supplies, help with deliveries/mail, and other basic office tasks. - Perform various sales administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing documents, and maintaining accurate records. - Work on proposals and other sales tasks with iVideo's sales professionals. - Provide customer support and handle customer inquiries in a friendly and efficient manner. - Demonstrate exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. - Maintain a high level of organizational skills, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. - Possess strong communication skills. *Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent required. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Excellent customer service and communication skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Experience with office management and front desk duties.
