We are a top-performing promotional sales and retail marketing firm that works with some of the most well-known brands in the United States. Our Sales Trainee's play a key role in driving our non-profit clients' fundraising success through direct customer interactions. We are looking for a dedicated and results-driven Customer Service & Sales Associate to help drive our fundraising efforts in the local area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing client relationships, increasing brand awareness, and supporting sales initiatives through exceptional customer interactions. Customer Service & Sales Associate Responsibilities: * Increase awareness and drive engagement with potential customers through sales presentations * Promote our clients products and services to local customers, enhancing brand presence * Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner, ensuring a positive experience * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress * Collaborate with team members to optimize outcomes and contribute to business growth * Participate in ongoing training to develop new skills and refine existing ones * Provide feedback to management to improve customer experience and sales processes Customer Service & Sales Associate Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business, communications, marketing) preferred * 1+ years of experience in customer service, retail, sales, or a similar role * Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills * Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively * Passion for client success and driving results * Eagerness to learn and grow within the role Job Type: Full-time Pay: $700.00 - $1,400.00 per week Shift: * Day shift Work Location: In person
