JOB DESCRIPTION : Accounts Payable Manager As AP Manager you will be an essential part of Elenteny Imports. You have a senior role in the accounting team to lead relationships across our accounts and line-manage our day-to-day operations. You will also identify, configure and pursue efficiencies for the accounting team and through your interaction with Elenteny's clients and vendors will build key trusted relationships to drive improvements. You exercise a senior level of independent operational decision making and demonstrate sound judgment when interacting with our customers and vendors to positively influence their experience at Elenteny Imports. In this role you also work with other departments across Elenteny Imports to resolve payment, credit and invoicing issues as they arise. Duties * Supervisory: * Oversight and support of 2 accounts payable specialists * Review of Accounts Payable entries for accuracy * Ensure timely entry of cash transactions into ERP system * Facilitate the review and approval process for payables * Maintenance and oversight of newly integrated 3rd party AP Automation platform * Reporting * Daily Cash Requirements Reporting * Projected Cash disbursements weekly * Accounts Payable Status reports * Tactical * Coverage for team members in their absence including: * Entering and coding vendor bills into AP system * Cash Transaction entry and reconciliations in ERP system * Correspondence with vendors * Credit Card Reconciliation * Escalation point for vendor disputes and reconciliations * Assist in preparing monthly billing files for Clients * Book and execute FX transactions for Partner Companies * General * Maintaining a positive/collaborative atmosphere demonstrating versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within a constantly changing environment with enthusiasm and integrity * maintaining a positive/collaborative atmosphere demonstrating versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within a constantly changing environment with enthusiasm and integrity * Other duties as assigned by the Chief Financial Officer.
