As a part of our sales team, you will * Work with the homeowner to educate them on our products, capabilities and how we can help turn their vision in to reality * Proactively communicate internally with the Production team and with customers, ensuring an industry-leading level of customer service * Establish and maintain best practices with the sales team and leadership * Maintain and utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and lead tracking software, updating client information daily You have: * Excellent interpersonal communication skills * Be willing to work as a member of a team in an environment where communication and collaboration are key to driving success * Self-motivated and comfortable working with little or no direction * No insurance, construction or exterior restoration experience is required; extensive training is provided * Prior customer service experience is highly desirable * Valid Driver's License and not be afraid of heights Quite simply, we are the best contractor on the region and we have the reputation to prove it.
