CertainPath is looking for a Director of Strategic Partnerships & Member Incentives to drive the success of our group purchasing program , overseeing vendor relationships, rebate program operations, and strategic initiatives that enhance efficiency and profitability. Your expertise in vendor management, contract negotiations, and financial optimization will directly contribute to the success of our members You'll have the autonomy to shape the strategy for our Partner Network (group purchasing program), lead a team, and collaborate cross-functionally with senior leaders across departments like Member Experience, Marketing, and Training. What You'll Do: * Develop & Execute Strategy * Lead and optimize our Partner Network strategy, forging strong vendor relationships and enhancing program value. * Oversee end-to-end program operations, implementing data-driven improvements to enhance efficiency, service delivery, and resource utilization across all partner initiatives. * Set and communicate long-term vision and direction for the department, establishing measurable objectives and implementation roadmaps. * Manage Vendor Programs * Identify and cultivate strategic vendor partnerships that enhance the company's rebate program offerings and overall value proposition. * Oversee contract negotiations, sponsorship programs, and rebate processing to ensure seamless operations. * Drive Cross-Functional Impact * Collaborate with Member Experience, Marketing, and Training teams to align vendor programs with member needs. * Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies that enhance member engagement and demonstrate program value. * Lead & Develop Teams * Provide mentorship and leadership to drive high-performance culture within the department. * Ensure Financial & Operational Excellence * Manage budgets, financial plans, and compliance audits to optimize cost savings and revenue growth. * Develop and maintain financial performance metrics, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and stakeholder expectations. What We 're Looking For: * Education: Master's Degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred * Experience: 12+ years of relevant experience, including significant time in senior leadership role * Skills: Track record of building and scaling partner/vendor programs and experience integrating member feedback into product development cycles Why CertainPath?
