This role requires excellent customer relationship skills, the ability to manage a business transaction, and the ability to adapt to our sales software to track performance metrics and optimize sales processes. Duties * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals. * Utilize BIT sales software for tracking sales activities, analyzing market trends, and forecasting future sales. * Oversee territory management to ensure optimal coverage and customer engagement. * Monitor competitor activities and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth. * Prepare detailed reports on sales performance and present findings to senior management. Requirements * Proven experience as a Sales Person or similar role in marine or direct sales environments. * Strong knowledge of territory management principles and market dynamics. * Proficiency in computer software * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
