Summary Soled Sneaker Boutique is a local company located in Pittsburgh, PA looking for Sales Associates for our newest location in South Hills Village Mall in Bethel Park, PA. As a Sales Associate, you will be an integral part of our team, utilizing core skills such as stocking, retail sales, and customer service to drive sales and provide exceptional service to our customers. With premium skills in upselling and merchandising, you will have the opportunity to maximize sales and enhance the customer shopping experience. Our ideal candidate is customer service oriented while having a background in sales and/or knowledge of sneakers/streetwear. Start Date: May 1st, 2025 Duties & Responsibilities: - Greet customers as they enter the store. - Answer questions and provide information about our products. - Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. - Deliver exceptional service to shoppers that results in repeat visits and long-term brand loyalty. - Restock and organize merchandise on the sales floor. - Complete weekly organization & cleaning tasks. - Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options with customers. - Collaborate with coworkers to achieve store sales goals through suggestive selling and special promotions. - Maintain a tidy shopping environment and welcoming atmosphere. - Answer customer phone calls promptly and in an appropriate manner. - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
