Sales Manager - B2B Lighting & Home Decor Location : Houston, TX (Preferred) Experience : 5-7 years in B2B sales (Lighting or Home Decor Industry) About Ozark e Ozarke is redefining home lighting and decor with stylish, functional, and smart ambient lighting solutions. As we continue to scale, we are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to spearhead our B2B growth, targeting designers, retailers, distributors, and other key stakeholders in the home decor space. This role offers a clear pathway to becoming a Sales Director within 2-3 years for high performers. Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute a B2B sales strategy to drive revenue growth across wholesale, retail, and trade partnerships. - Identify and prospect new business opportunities through a deep understanding of industry trends, networking, and leveraging cutting-edge sales and lead generation software. - Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals with interior designers, retailers, hospitality groups, and other B2B partners. - Utilize CRM and other sales tools to track, analyze, and optimize sales performance. - Work closely with the marketing team to refine B2B outreach campaigns and align sales efforts with company branding. - Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the lighting and home decor space. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key industry players, ensuring repeat business and long-term partnerships. Who You Are B2B Sales Expert: 5-7 years of experience in B2B sales within lighting, home decor, or a related industry. Tech-Savvy & Data-Driven: Strong knowledge of modern sales tools (CRM, lead generation software, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, etc.). - Relationship Builder: Proven ability to establish and maintain strategic partnerships. - Results-Oriented:Track record of exceeding sales targets and scaling B2B revenue streams. - Growth-Minded: Looking for an opportunity to grow into a Sales Director role within 2-3 years. - Excellent Communicator: Strong negotiation and presentation skills. Preferred Qualifications - Experience selling to interior designers, hospitality groups, furniture retailers, or distributors. - Familiarity with Shopify, HubSpot, or other e-commerce and sales platforms. - Background in trade shows, industry networking events, or B2B partnership development.
