JOB SUMMARY We are seeking a dynamic professional to lead our facility's marketing and public relations efforts! In this role, you will develop, coordinate, and oversee marketing strategies while building strong relationships within the Med Center and Hospitals on Houston's East side. This position will serve as a liaison between our organization and physician practices on the East side of Houston, building relationships and identifying opportunities to grow our referral base. Responsibilities include visiting surrounding physician clinics and facilities for networking. This client- facing role fosters positive relationships with physicians and clinical staff. The incumbent contributes to developing effective business cases with in- person, digital, web, market research and other cross functional teams to drive positive change in partnership with other hospitals and clinics. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Build and maintain relationships with physicians, practice managers, and other healthcare professionals. * Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns to promote our services. * Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments * Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including clinical staff, to ensure alignment and effective communication * Develop and maintain strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and other referral sources. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless patient care transitions. * Meet with Business Development Manager at the beginning of each week to review and discuss marketing, communications, social media, advertising, event and branding activities, budgets and plans. REQUIREMENTS * High School Diploma or GED Required * Bachelor's Degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred) * Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing, physician relations, or a related field (preferred) * Experience in healthcare marketing or physician relations preferred (preferred) * Ability to market and deal tactfully with physicians, referral sources and the community * Valid driver's license with good driving record and an automobile that is insured in accordance with state. * Proven experience as Marketing/Business Development Representative/Manager in the Healthcare Industry * Analytical and creative thinking .Exquisite communication and interpersonal skills * Must have intermediate level of proficiency with Internet, Email, and Microsoft suite EDUCATION * High School Diploma or GED Required * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred) CERTIFICATION, LICENSURE * Valid Driver's License & Insurance KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & ABILITIES * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information * Analytical and creative thinking * Exquisite communication and interpersonal skills Job Type: Full-time Benefits: * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off Schedule: * 8 hour shift Ability to Commute: * Houston, TX 77015 (Required) Ability to Relocate: * Houston, TX 77015: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In personLandmark Hospitality
