Key Responsibilities: * * Lead and motivate a high-performance team to crush sales goals. * Develop and execute smart sales strategies to grow new markets. * Coach in real time --both in-office and on-site--with consistent feedback and mentorship. * Build lasting relationships with customers and insurance adjusters. * Scout storm-impacted territories to identify new opportunities. * Lead pipeline reviews and support reps with performance tracking and goal setting. * Interview and help build a talented, driven sales force. Skills & Experience: * 3+ years of successful, direct roofing sales experience (door-to-door preferred). * Proven leadership and team-building skills. * Strong communicator with top-tier negotiation and presentation skills. * Deep understanding of insurance roof replacements and industry compliance What Makes This Role Different: At Premier Roofing, we don't just train from a whiteboard.
