We are seeking a Weekend Sales Associate who is ready to bring their best to our busy weekend shifts. Key Responsibilities: * Drive Weekend Sales: Focus on achieving sales goals during peak weekend hours. Qualifications: * Sales Expertise: 3+ years of retail selling required. Small boutique setting preferred. * High Energy and Stamina: Ability to stay energized and focused throughout long and demanding weekend shifts. * Fast Learner: Quick to grasp new concepts and adapt to new procedures and product knowledge. * Exceptional Customer Service: Strong skills in providing outstanding customer service and creating positive shopping experiences. * Flexibility: Comfortable working on weekends and able to handle the increased pace and demands of peak retail hours. * Must be 21+.
