Job Description: The qualified applicant will be a self starter, motivated, and can work well independently to ensure orders and customer inquiries are entered and communicated in a timely manner. The inside sales representative will work on- site and work closely with the Warehouse team in Dallas, TX. -Works well independently - Answer incoming phone calls and make outgoing calls - Manage an up-to-date Outlook email inboxes - Answer emails in a timely manner - Quote and provide stock availability - Process orders - Schedule orders - Verify and update customer profile information - Assist outside sales with prices, stock, and other sales related information - Contribute and assist Inside Sales team for various related administrative activities when needed Job Requirements: - Hardworking, detail-oriented, with natural problem- solving skills to interact with customers on behalf of our organization - Ability to multi-task, organize, and maintain professional composure - Strong listening and speaking skills to clearly and accurately respond to customer inquiries - Use of correct grammar, spelling, and punctuation to communicate professional, friendly, and direct emails - Timely and dependable - Must be comfortable with learning new software and applications - Proficient in Microsoft Office Qualified applicants must be able to pass a background check Job Type: Full-time Pay: $37,500.00 - $42,500.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Shift: * 8 hour shift * Day shift Work Location: In person
