The Car Guys is a highly rated car buying experience that's revolutionizing the automotive industry! Since our inception in 2016, we have built a car buying model which allows customers to lease or buy a new car without ever setting foot into a dealership. Now we are looking for an experienced sales consultant to join our growing company, help us scale, and be a key player in our fulfillment team. Your mission is to work with customers and over 400+ dealer partners in our network to deliver a 100% online, transparent, and seamless car buying experience on virtually any new make or model. Duties and Responsibilities: * Promptly respond to leads, inquiries, and call potential customers * Identify sales opportunities in the form of trade-Ins, lease return appraisals * Maintain and enhance the relationship between the company, our dealer partners and consumers * Serve as the consumer's primary point of contact throughout the entire order lifecycle Qualifications and Skills: * Outstanding verbal and written communication skills * A love of the auto retail industry and a passion for cars * Proven retail automotive experience in a BDC environment is a significant advantage * Effective planning/organizational skills * Flexible and proactive with ability to handle changing priorities in pressure situations * Team player that is able to work with our pre-owned and Logistics teams to facilitate deals and deliveries.
