Sales Consultant Responsibilities * Assist customers through the entire sales process, from vehicle selection to financing and finalizing the sale. * Provide detailed product knowledge and help customers make informed decisions. * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by delivering exceptional service. * Stay up to date on inventory and product updates to better serve our customers. * Conduct daily follow-ups with potential and existing leads through our CRM system. * Offer solution-based sales options tailored to each customer's needs.
