We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team and drive our growth initiatives. Job Description: The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to increase our client base and establish strong referral networks. This role requires a proactive individual with a proven track record in sales and marketing within the healthcare or home care industry. Key Responsibilities: Develop and Implement Business Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive business development plans to achieve organizational goals and revenue targets. Establish and Maintain Referral Relationships: Identify and cultivate relationships with key referral sources, including physicians, hospitals, assisted living facilities, and other healthcare providers. Community Engagement: Actively participate in community events and networking opportunities to promote the agency's services and build brand awareness. Recruitment Networking: Collaborate with local organizations, educational institutions, and job boards to connect with potential home health aides (HHAs) and certified nursing assistants (CNAs) to support recruitment efforts. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and challenges in the local market. Reporting and Strategy Adjustment: Regularly report on business development activities and outcomes, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet objectives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the healthcare or home care industry. Proven ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with referral sources and community organizations. Strong understanding of the home care market in the Tampa Bay area Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel within the community. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in recruiting and networking with HHAs and CNAs.
