As a sales consultant, you will use your personal skills to help customers find their next vehicle! Duties * Meet and greet customers, guide them through our needs analysis process * Fully explain products, benefits, and features of vehicles and dealership * Utilize customer management system and follow up processes * Manage and follow up on leads and inquiries from various sources * Provide exemplary customer service and build customer relationships * Work closely with our team of sales managers, BDC, and sales consultants * Maintain appropriate levels of product knowledge and sales training * Conduct test drives with customers to showcase vehicle features and benefits * Negotiate pricing and financing options to close sales * Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and efficiently * Prepare and deliver sold vehicles to customers, ensure they know how to operate all features * Introduce customers to other departs within the dealership * Other duties as assigned Skills and Experience * Good driving record and current license * Excellent verbal abilities with sales focus * Basic computer skills including internet based web applications and email * Excellent ethical and professional standards * Strong sales and negotiation skills * Basic math skills for calculating pricing, financing, and discounts * Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed in a competitive sales environment * Superior customer service skills * Professional appearance * Bilingual Preferred Education * High school diploma or equivalent * Degree preferred but not required Benefits * Family friendly retail work hours * Company sponsored medical, vision, dental, life, 401k, and more * Paid vacation after one year * Family owned and operated business since 1936 * Fun and exciting workplace where our team members are part of our family * Best Ford inventory in the Waco area, very successful pre-owned department * Room for advancement Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Schedule: * 10 hour shift Supplemental Pay: * Bonus opportunities * Commission pay * Monthly bonus * Performance bonus Ability to Relocate: * Woodway, TX 76712: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
