As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the car buying process, providing them with detailed information about our vehicles, and ensuring a seamless purchasing experience. Duties * Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences. * Provide detailed information about vehicle features, specifications, and pricing. * Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle capabilities to potential buyers. * Utilize effective communication skills to negotiate sales and close deals. * Maintain relationships with customers post-sale to encourage repeat business and referrals. * Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets. * Stay updated on industry trends, new models, and competitor offerings. * Utilize software tools for inventory management and customer relationship management (CRM). * Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. Qualifications * Proven experience in automotive sales or related field is preferred. * or multilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele. * Strong customer service orientation with excellent public speaking abilities. * Proficiency in using software applications relevant to sales processes. * Ability to communicate effectively over the phone, demonstrating professional phone etiquette. * Experience in outside sales is advantageous but not mandatory. * A positive attitude, self-motivation, and a strong work ethic are essential for success in this role.
