Sales Manager Location: Dallas, Texas. Job Type: Full-Time, Exempt. Base Salary: $75,000 - $80,000 + Commission & Bonus Opportunities. On-Target Earnings: $90,000 - $110,000 annually. Company: Zofo. Job Description: Zofo is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our U.S. market sales strategy, ensuring quarterly and annual targets are exceeded. The ideal candidate will be responsible for breaking down and executing sales targets in alignment with company strategic planning while proactively monitoring the sales funnel and developing risk contingency plans. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Business Development: * Develop and execute annual sales and profit plans, ensuring alignment with company objectives. * Forecast and establish regional sales quotas, analyzing trends to maximize growth. * Implement sales programs and create field sales action plans to enhance revenue. * Maintain sales volume, product mix, and pricing strategies in response to market trends. * Identify key demographics and new business opportunities to expand the market. * Oversee CRM implementation and data management for customer relationship optimization. Team Leadership & Performance Management: * Manage, coach, and develop a high-performance sales team. * Assess team strengths and weaknesses, providing targeted training to drive success. * Conduct performance reviews, implement reward programs, and recognize achievements. * Offer on-the-ground sales support, guiding sales representatives through deal closures. * Continuously train and motivate sales staff to meet and exceed KPIs. Customer & Market Engagement: * Meet with customers regularly to discuss needs, address concerns, and strengthen relationships. * Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends. * Represent Zofo at trade shows and networking events to build brand presence. * Maintain up-to-date industry knowledge through professional development and networking. Operational & Financial Management: * Develop, maintain, and execute territory and distribution plans. * Ensure smooth sales operations, inventory control, and logistics coordination. * Provide reports on sales performance, key metrics, and operational updates. * Evaluate and optimize sales distribution channels, managing conflict where necessary. * Verify and track sales invoices, payments, and financial records. * Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the success of the sales department. Qualifications & Requirements: * Experience: 5-10 years of sales experience in field marketing within industries such as e-cigarettes, consumer electronics, or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) preferred. * Leadership: At least 3 years of experience in a sales management or leadership role. * Education: Bachelor's degree required. * Language: Mandarin fluency is required. * Skills: Strong team management, cross-departmental communication, and coordination abilities. * Resilience & Adaptability: Ability to perform under pressure in a dynamic business environment, maintaining execution efficiency in a fast-paced, cyclical work setting.
