Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Representative to join the BMA Auto Parts team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in a retail/wholesale automotive parts environment. Duties: - Take customer orders by phone and in-person - Notify customers by phone when orders are ready for pickup - Process orders timely with vendor partners - Process payment for orders at pickup Skills: - Proficiency in Spanish or Armenian is a plus, but not required - Ability to operate a Computer, Point of Sale/cash register and handle transactions - Strong communication skills and automotive parts knowledge - Knowledge of retail math for basic calculations Job Types: Part-time, Contract Pay: From $16.50 per hour Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week Benefits: * Employee discount Schedule: * 4 hour shift * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Ability to Commute: * Van Nuys, CA 91405 (Required) Ability to Relocate: * Van Nuys, CA 91405: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
