Benefits/Perks * Free Studio Membership * SPENGA gear/apparel discounts * On the job Sales Training * Performance based sales commissions Responsibilities * Membership sales to clients/prospects * Member outreach to ensure engagement and retention * Lead nurture via call and text to schedule in studio appointments for prospects * Conduct prospect onboarding, provide orientation, and address prospect questions * Plan and participate in lead generation activities * Participate in studio events and other promotions * Maintain the cleanliness of the studio * Other tasks as assigned by management Requirements: * We are currently looking for individuals who can work the opening shift (4:30a or 5:15a) and dedicate 25-30 hours per week. * Must have a energetic, friendly, outgoing and collaborative attitude - frequent interactions with members and prospects is a core requirement * Prior experience in a Sales role is a must. * A love for the fit-ish lifestyle (experience in the fitness industry or health/wellness is a plus). * Must be a self starter and highly motivated * Must have effective time management skills * Must have effective communication skills - must be proficient in English; bilingual a plus About Spenga SPENGA stands for spin + strength + yoga, and we combine all 3 into one 60-minute workout.
