Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to enhance their experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for sales, particularly within the Heavy Duty truck industry. Duties * Engage with customers via phone, email, and in-person to understand their needs and provide effective solutions. * Maintain knowledge of heavy duty trucks and trailer offerings to effectively communicate benefits to customers. * Collaborate with team members to develop strategies that improve customer satisfaction and drive sales performance. * Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive experience. Requirements * Previous experience in outside or inside sales, preferably in the heavy duty trucking sector. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers. * Familiarity with computer operations is preferred but not mandatory. * Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
