As a New Garage Door Sales Rep, you will be an integral part of the team. Your duties will include working with customers to purchase a new garage door that is best for them. You will interact with customers daily providing them with excellent customer service. Benefits: * $70,000-$90,000 first year potential * Medical benefits available * Retirement benefits available * Company vehicle and fuel card * Vacation * Cell phone, laptop Responsibilities: * We provide the leads, schedule appointments, offer great training, a company truck, and all the support needed to excel in this great sales job * Leads are booked by our call center for customers that have a real need to replace, service, install, or repair their garage doors and openers. * You're dispatched to solve the customer's problems and take care of their needs and wants with our exclusive products, training, and warranties. * You will measure the customer's garage door and work with them for the right product. * Networking Qualifications: * An exceptional work ethic and attention to detail * Previous sales experience within the Home Services sector * Previous garage experience is not required but a plus * Ability to deliver superior customer service * A commitment to maintaining high-quality standards * A clean driving record * Ability to pass drug screening and a background check * Coachable and Trainable * High School Diploma or GED, some college preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Company car * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Vision insurance Compensation Package: * Commission pay Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Experience: * In-Home Sales: 2 years (Required) License/Certification: * Driver's License (Required) Work Location: In person
