Close sales effectively. * Prospects for new business are generated from cold calling, referrals, networking , online promotions, social media, and other lead sources. * Maintains phone time or sales quotas determined by management and grows sales revenue by utilizing phone, email, and potential client lists. * Implement win-back strategies to re-engage with lapsed clients, demonstrating the value of our offerings. Requirements * A Property and Casualty License is Preferred. * Must have previous experience in real estate, lenders, or proof of being in an effective sales positions. * Ambitious self-starter who can work in a collaborative environment. * Set and work towards performance goals to meet or exceed targets, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. * Communicate effectively through written and verbal means , both with clients and team members, to provide clear, concise, and informative responses. * Exemplify professionalism over the phone, in writing, and in the office to create apositive work environment and ensure effective communication. * Fluent in Spanish is preferred to effectively communicate with a diverse clientele, ensuring all clients receive top-tier service in their preferred language.
