Type: [Hybrid] | [Full-Time] About Our Client Our client, a global equipment dealer, is looking for a Territory Manager to join their team and look after customers in Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Tennessee and Eastern Texas. This role focuses on marketing and selling the full range of the company's Agricultural products. Key Responsibilities * Achieve annual sales targets for assigned territory. * Maintain accessibility to Dealers and, when necessary, end-user customers. * Ensure Dealers are well-equipped to handle the company's products. * Educate Dealers on company's Terms & Conditions, sales, service, and finance aspects. * Manage territory expense budget to meet financial goals. * Complete all sales documentation accurately and promptly. * Stay current with product knowledge and industry trends. * Understand customers' business activities and needs. * Develop and implement marketing and promotion strategies for the territory. * Prepare and submit customer status reports, including sales call activity, closing, follow-up, and prospect reports. Qualifications * 3-5 years of relevant agricultural sales experience. * Knowledge of agricultural machinery products or a similar industry. * Strong customer service skills. * Highly motivated and self-directed. * Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills. * Ability to build relationships and prospect new accounts. * Valid passport and ability to travel internationally. * Recent driver's abstract required.
