What You 'll Actually Do * Show up to pre-scheduled appointments with homeowners who already want their roof looked at * Inspect the roof and document possible storm damage (we'll train you on exactly what to look for) * Communicate clearly with the homeowner about next steps in the insurance claim process * Get the contingency agreement signed * Submit notes through our CRM (JobNimbus) and hand the deal off to the claims team * Keep the homeowner updated with friendly, consistent communication * Cultivate referrals and nearby opportunities What Makes This Role Different * No door-to-door required * No lead generation on your own -- we book your appointments * Backed by a dedicated claims team and project managers so you can focus on selling * Tools, training, tech, and support provided -- you just bring the hustle * Territory optimized to avoid spending your whole day driving across Houston Who You Are * You're great with people -- friendly, trustworthy, and a clear communicator * You're organized and don't let details slip * You're comfortable getting up on a roof to take photos and assess damage * Experience in roofing or insurance is not required -- we will train you with everything you need to know What Success Looks Like * 3-5 appointments per day (booked for you) * Signed contingency agreements passed off to the claims team * Homeowners feel taken care of and in the loop * New business generated through strong relationships and smart follow-up Compensation & Benefits * Earning Potential : Achieve a competitive annual income ranging from $80,000 to $150,000 , with top performers exceeding $200,000 through our uncapped commission structure. * Commission Structure : Benefit from a generous, uncapped commission plan that rewards your performance and dedication. * Training & Development: Access comprehensive training programs designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary for success in the roofing sales industry. * Flexible Scheduling : Enjoy the autonomy to manage your schedule, allowing for a healthy work-life balance. * Career Advancement : Join a company that values internal growth, offering clear pathways for career progression and leadership opportunities.
