Outside Sales Representative Location: Houston, TX Job Type: Full-time Compensation: Base salary ($21.82-$24.87) + commission Expected Hours: 40 per week About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven outside sales representative to join our team in Humble, TX. This is a field-based role where you will be responsible for acquiring new clients, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring exceptional service and safety compliance for current accounts. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct door-to-door sales to promote services and grow our client base. * Schedule and attend in-person meetings with prospective customers. * Meet or exceed monthly sales targets. * Manage day-to-day operations for existing clients, ensuring excellent service and satisfaction. * Oversee safety procedures and compliance for our clients. * Build and maintain strong client relationships. * Provide exceptional customer service and problem resolution. * Maintain detailed records of sales activity and client communications. Requirements: * Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required. * Spanish fluency is required. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Self-motivated with excellent time management. * Previous experience in outside sales or client-facing roles is preferred but not required.
