As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional shopping experience, showcasing products through demos, and ensuring that our customers leave satisfied. Responsibilities * Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. * Conduct engaging product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits. * Handle cash transactions accurately using the cash register, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. * Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and product offerings to effectively upsell and cross-sell items. * Supervise junior staff members as needed, providing guidance and support to enhance team performance. * Communicate clearly with customers and team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience. * Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. * Keep the sales floor organized, stocked, and visually appealing to attract customers. Qualifications * Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is required. * Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse customers; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. * Proficiency in cash handling and operating cash registers. * Ability to demonstrate products effectively and encourage upselling techniques. * A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn new skills. * Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining store displays. * Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
