Who We're Looking For: We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive the sales of our products and services. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of our offerings and serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met. You'll play a key role in fostering long-term relationships by delivering exceptional service and personalized solutions throughout the client's journey. *Role & Responsibilities: * Acquire new clients by following up on leads, referrals, marketing efforts, and events. * Support existing clients by assessing the effectiveness of current plans and collecting feedback to ensure satisfaction. * Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions, positioning our services and treatments effectively. * Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue. * Showcase the features, benefits, and value of our services and treatments. * Consistently meet and exceed sales goals. * Provide valuable feedback on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. * Maintain a full understanding of all products, services, and operational systems. * Answer client inquiries regarding products, services, and pricing. * Resolve client complaints and concerns promptly. * Submit purchase orders and keep management informed of purchasing actions. * Maintain up-to-date client files with appropriate follow-up. *Qualifications & Requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred. * Minimum of 2 year of retail sales experience; experience in Aesthetics or Hormone Replacement Therapy is a plus. * Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills. * Ability to meet deadlines, multitask, and achieve company objectives. * Patience and composure when managing client care. * Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively without supervision. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
