As one of South Texas's largest independent equipment rental companies, we pride ourselves on delivering quality equipment and superior service to our diverse clientele. aztecrentalcenters.com Role Overview As an Inside Sales Representative, you will: * Engage with customers to understand their equipment needs and provide tailored rental or purchase solutions. * Manage inbound inquiries and proactively reach out to potential clients. * Prepare quotes, process orders, and coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely equipment delivery. * Maintain accurate records in our CRM system and follow up on leads. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction. Qualifications * Previous experience in equipment rental, sales, or a related industry. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. * Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. * A customer-centric approach with a commitment to excellence.
