Job Overview: As a Sales Consultant at EverPresent, you will play a key role in guiding clients through the entire process of digitizing and preserving their treasured memories. You will work closely with leads to ensure they are comfortable with our services, help them choose the best options for their needs, and assist with budgeting. You'll collaborate with a supportive, motivated team and have the opportunity to earn bonuses through our incentive program, including individual revenue-based commission. This position is based at our national headquarters, providing you the opportunity to work alongside over 80 colleagues from across the company. The sales team follows a hybrid schedule, working together in the office Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Our modern office features convenient, free parking, and is located just a short walk from coffee shops and lunch options. Key Responsibilities: * Answer client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing professional guidance and support throughout the process. * Reach out to potential clients to discuss their projects and help them create digital versions of their family memories. * Maintain engagement with leads, developing connection and rapport engage their business with EverPresent * Maintain accurate records in our client database, tracking key metrics to measure success. * Stay informed on changes within the office and the organization that may affect call flow and client communication. * Collaborate with team members to ensure an exceptional client experience. * Perform additional duties as required. Essential Job Requirements: * Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with clients, coworkers, and the public in a friendly, professional manner. * Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. * Strong work ethic, quick learner, and self-motivated. * Eagerness to contribute to a meaningful, team-oriented work environment. * Available Monday-Friday from 9 AM-6 PM, with availability to work at least two Saturdays per month, with a mid-week day off in return. * Overtime will be required during the November-December holiday season. * High school diploma or equivalent. * Professional demeanor and punctuality, with access to reliable transportation (personal or public). * Proficient with Windows-based computers. * Fluent in written and spoken English. * Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. Physical Job Requirements: * Ability to stand, walk, and use hands, fingers, and arms for tasks such as reaching, handling, pushing, pulling, and carrying. * Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 25-30 lbs. * Comfortable sitting at a desk and using a computer for extended periods. * Tolerance for dust, mold, and mildew when working with older or damaged media. * Ability to engage in up to 4-6 hours of intermittent conversations and phone calls each day Preferred Skills: * Previous sales or business development experience. * Familiarity with Google Suite and CRM systems such as ZOHO.
