Job Responsibilities: * Engage customers in a professional and courteous manner. * Assist customers with vehicle selection based on their needs and budge * Present and demonstrate vehicle features and capabilities. * Maintain expert knowledge of inventory, pricing, and promotions. * Guide customers through the sales process, including financing and trade-in evaluations. * Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. * Meet and exceed sales targets and dealership KPIs. * Stay informed about industry trends and dealership policies. Requirements: * Minimum of 2 years of automotive sales experience. * Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills. * Self-motivated with a positive attitude and professional demeanor. * Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. * Valid driver's license with a clean record. * Experience with CRM software is a plus.
