Summary THIS IS A FULL COMMISSION...NO BASE PAY...REAL ESTATE AGENT POSITION Advance your career in real estate by joining us as a Real Estate Agent. Responsibilities * Be an expert in the real estate market * Learn the tools to conduct property and market research, prepare contracts, obtain signatures, etc. * Allocate 15 hours each week to actively generating leads through calls and follow-up efforts * Organize and conduct two open houses monthly to connect with prospective buyers and sellers * Work closely with buyers to finalize agreements and help them find ideal properties * Skillfully negotiate offers on behalf of both buyers and sellers to achieve favorable outcomes * Keep comprehensive records of activities and client communications using Brivity Technology * Transform leads and prospecting activities into confirmed appointments through persistent outreach * Take part in weekly script rehearsals to improve communication techniques * Actively contribute to team meetings and company events in alignment with organizational expectations * Collaborate with sellers to secure listings, create marketing strategies, and promote their properties * Offer professional guidance on pricing, home staging, and other listing services to enhance sales success * For part-time or dual-career agents, it is essential to prioritize and dedicate time to your real estate career!
