You will engage with customers, understand their needs, and guide them through the purchasing process, ensuring a positive experience that fosters long-term relationships. Responsibilities * Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline by actively engaging with potential customers through outbound sales efforts. * Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer requirements and preferences. * Present product features and benefits effectively to customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have. * Manage inventory levels and ensure that all vehicles are displayed attractively on the lot. * Collaborate with the sales management team to set and achieve monthly sales targets. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the dealership's CRM system. * Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. Skills * Proven experience in outside sales, preferably within the automotive industry. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with customers. * Ability to manage inventory effectively and ensure optimal presentation of products. * Experience in managing the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing deals. * Knowledge of sales management principles and practices is a plus. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service excellence.
