The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively and market various insurance products. Responsibilities * Analyze clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options. * Communicate clearly with clients to explain policy details, benefits, and terms. * Negotiate policy terms and premiums to ensure client satisfaction while meeting company goals. * Assist in benefits administration by providing guidance on claims processes and coverage inquiries. * Conduct sales administration tasks, including maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions. * Market insurance products through various channels to attract new clients and retain existing ones. * Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and competitor offerings to provide informed advice to clients. Qualifications * Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred. * Strong customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly. * Proficiency in analyzing data and making informed decisions based on client needs. * Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining a positive client experience. * Experience in benefits administration is a plus. * Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for serving a diverse client base. * A valid insurance license is required or must be obtained within a specified timeframe after hiring.
