As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction in our store environment. Responsibilities * Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and assisting with product selection. * Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, enhancing the overall customer experience. * Operate the cash register efficiently, processing transactions accurately while maintaining a friendly demeanor. * Utilize basic math skills for handling cash transactions and providing change. * Maintain an organized stock area, ensuring products are well-displayed and readily available for customers. * Assist in supervising junior staff members, providing guidance and support as needed. * Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional products and increase sales opportunities. * Uphold excellent phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries over the phone. * Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment.
