Winners who love to CLOSE who brings their A game with them every day will surpass $50k+ in commissions their first year. Responsibilities * Prospect and identify new sales opportunities within the designated territory through door-knocking, referrals, and industry events. * Conduct thorough roof inspections and assess client's needs and insurance coverage in order to provide accurate and detailed quotes and path forward * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. * Present and explain roofing products, services, and financing options to clients. * Collaborate with the installation team to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction. * Actively maintain sales CRM account as updated information on potential clients is obtained * Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitors. * Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance goals. Qualifications * Proven experience in sales, preferably within the roofing or construction industry. * Strong understanding of roofing products, services, and installation processes. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Proficient in using CRM software. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
