Bodypoint Customer experience REPRESENTATIVE-Temporary Department: Customer Experience Location: Seattle, WA FLSA Status: NON-EXEMPT Reports to: Customer Experience Supervisor Travel: Temporary Role has no travel obligations. About the Position The Customer Experience Representative ensures that the customer's experience with Bodypoint is superior while prioritizing and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment. In this position, the Representative handles multiple phone lines, directs calls to appropriate individuals, assists domestic and international customers with product inquiries, and takes initiative in identifying problems and finding solutions. This position requires a continual increase in product and industry knowledge through attendance of in-house training sessions, reading related industry journals and media. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. * Process product orders and quote requests via, phone, email, web and fax. * Provide superior customer service to all customers and contacts in a fast paced, changing environment. * Document customer details in CRM database to ensure accurate record keeping and reporting * Communicate with other departments regarding service and order processing issues * Assist with application, technical and transactional solutions for customers. * Bring external information received from outside customers to the internal customer group. * Provide positive support for internal and external sales staff. * Maintain detailed understanding and continuous updated knowledge of organizational information, collaborating across all departments, to serve as the hub of knowledge for Bodypoint customers. * Communicate with other departments regarding service and order processing issues. * Process RMAs upon request in accordance with company policy, terms and conditions. * Escalate customer issues to Customer Experience Supervisor. * Assist and educate customers on our products and services through excellent customer communications. * Setup new customer accounts from web, email and phone requests * Write correspondence with customer to meet daily customer needs and follows through with customer requests. * Communicate in verbal and written form with Bodypoint customers and contacts. * Prioritize and complete multiple projects and tasks for the Sales and Marketing group. * Welcome Visitors POSITION requirements Education and/or Experience: * High School Diploma, with 3 years related customer service experience * Experience in consumer goods, and/or manufacturing environment preferred * Advanced computer skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, database maintenance. Certificates, Licenses, or Registrations: * Not applicable Skills REQUIRED: * Ability to engage in skillful and tactful dialogue, discussion, and inquiry, over the phone, in person, and via electronic media - and across multiple geographical locations * Exercises initiative and uses sound judgment and decision making while researching and solving complex customer inquiries * Ability to learn and retain information related to technical concepts * Strong oral and written communication skills, utilizing excellent grammar and professional tone * Develops a strong working knowledge of Bodypoint's products, services, and departmental functions. * Excellent attention to detail * Must be able to apply a sense of urgency to tasks in a fast-paced environment * Ability to work independently and work collaboratively as a trusted team player * Strong organization, time management and prioritization skills * Willingness and ability to adapt to new technologies and software * Excellent skills in relationship-driven customer service experience and the ability to maintain a positive demeanor in all interactions.
