Job Summary * Summary/Objective: The Account Coordinator will be responsible for managing critical business activities within our largest customers. Overseeing the quote process, new business on-boarding, and general account coordination this role operates in a fast-moving environment requiring attention to detail and holding others accountable to achieve best-in-class customer experience, market share growth and strengthening profitability for the business. * Job Responsibilities: * Manage quoting and documentation process for new business opportunities. * New business on-boarding including system updates and order readiness * Prepare, coordinate, and facilitate customer business review meetings * Lead product testing and customer approval process including quotes, test plans, and schedule * Manage & coordinate customer performance/supply presentations and dashboards * Oversight of all required customer documentation (supply agreements, quotes, etc.) * Track actions to completion for improving price and profitability performance Position Qualifications:_ * Bachelor's degree in business or related field of study * Minimum 3 years customer service, inside sales or related account management experience * Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced environment * Ability to effectively communicate, at all levels, both internally and with the customer * Creative thinking and problem-solving aptitude * Strong business acumen capable of analyzing data, come to conclusions, and define actions * Strong presentation development and presentation skills * Detail-orientated and motivated to succeed * Ownership mindset with a bias for action to exceed objectives and goals
