[please apply online] AQUA Home Care is a rapidly growing private duty home care company seeking a full-time inside sales representative for leads though out Florida. Aggressive sales compensation plan (base salary + commission). Responsibilities include: * Establish and maintain relationships with inbound calls to drive home care referrals and admissions * Talk with referred clients to assess needs, complete intake paperwork * Provide on-going client support/customer service; introduce caregivers * Responsible for documenting all marketing/sales activity via CRM * Responsible for meeting or exceeding admissions goals and other sales performance metrics Qualifications: * Must pass Level II background check * College degree preferred * 1 or more years of inside sales experience required, healthcare experience a plus * Comfortable with technology, learning new systems & software * Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment * Must be comfortable with cold calling * Customer service mindset * Organizational and time management skills * Strong communication skills: verbal, written, presentation * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Supplemental Pay: * Bonus opportunities * Commission pay * Monthly bonus * Yearly bonus Ability to Commute: * Orlando, FL 32803 (Preferred) Ability to Relocate: * Orlando, FL 32803: Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
