Responsibilities * Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations. * Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities. * Conduct public speaking presentations to promote products and services. * Manage inventory control to ensure product availability and accuracy. * Support outside sales efforts by following up on leads and maintaining customer relationships. * Collaborate with the sales management team to develop effective strategies for market penetration. * Provide sales support by assisting customers with inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Maintain a thorough understanding of product offerings and market trends. Experience * Proven experience in retail sales or outside sales is preferred. * Strong skills in upselling and customer engagement. * Excellent public speaking abilities to effectively communicate with diverse audiences. * Multilingual candidates are highly desirable to cater to a broader customer base. * Familiarity with inventory control processes is a plus. * Experience in sales management or providing sales support will be beneficial.
